300 A COATED ELECTRODE (MMA) INVERTER WELDING STATION
The GYSARC 300 TRI is a three-phase MMA / TIG generator with exceptional welding performance. Designed around reinforced electronics, this station offers manufacturers maximum productivity, even in the most hostile environments. Its VRD device, which can be activated internally, protects the welder in areas at risk of explosion.
MMA process
• Welding current in MMA from 20 to 300 A
• Duty cycle of 60% at 300 A (40°C)
• Accepts Rutile, Basic, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Cellulosic electrodes (up to Ø 6 mm)
• Integrated welding aids: Adjustable Hot Start, Adjustable Arc Force and Antisticking
• Arc gouging with carbon electrode (up to Ø 5 mm)
DC TIG process
• DC TIG welding current from 20 to 300 A
• Lift start
• Current/voltage display during welding.
• Optional RC-HA1 manual remote control (045675)
• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) can be activated to lower the no-load output voltage to 20 V.
• Protection level IP23 for outdoor use
• Three-phase power supply 400 V - 16 A
