4961 large-diameter zirconia fibre discs are designed for rapid material removal across wide areas on structural steelwork, shipbuilding, heavy fabrication and any application where a standard 115-125mm disc is too small for efficient working.

Ideal applications:

  • Heavy stock removal on large steel structures and plates
  • Weld grinding and surface preparation in shipbuilding and structural steelwork
  • Scale and rust removal over large areas
  • Pipe grinding and deburring with large bore backing pads

Materials suited: Mild steel, structural steel, cast iron.
