Most stocked lines are dispatched the same working day. Order online for UK courier delivery, or collect free from our Andover counter.
Same-day dispatch
Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. After that, they go the next working day.
UK courier delivery
Sent on a tracked next-working-day service to UK mainland addresses. Highlands, islands and offshore may take an extra day or two.
Free counter collection
Choose collection at checkout and pick up free from Unit 4 Brunel Gate, Andover. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Gas cylinders
Cylinders and some bulky items are collection-only or local delivery only. We'll confirm the options when you order.
Carriage & timings
Delivery is charged at checkout based on weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Free-delivery thresholds and account carriage terms apply to trade accounts.
Cut-off and lead times assume the item is in stock. If something is on back-order we'll contact you with a realistic date before processing your order.
Tracking & problems
We'll email tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or short on arrival, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
