Yes. Most stocked consumables, abrasives and PPE ordered before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked next-working-day courier to mainland UK. Larger or palletised orders are quoted with carriage. Highlands and islands may take a little longer, and Northern Ireland is collection-only.

Yes — collect free from Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover SP10 3SL, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. Order online and choose collection, or just pop in. Trade and walk-in customers are equally welcome at the counter.

We supply welding gas and can advise on the right mix for MIG, TIG and gasless work. For safety reasons compressed-gas cylinders are counter-collection or local delivery only — they can't travel on a national courier network. Ask us about cylinder sizes, rental-free options and refills.

We carry trusted trade brands across welding consumables, abrasives, PPE and gas. If you need a specific brand, wire diameter or part we don't list online, just ask — we can usually source it, especially on a trade account.

Absolutely. Tell us your process (MIG, TIG, MMA/stick or gasless), the material and thickness you're welding, and your machine, and we'll point you to the right wire, rod, tip, nozzle, disc or gas. Getting it right first time saves you money — that's the whole point of buying from a specialist.

Yes — welding helmets and auto-darkening filters, gauntlets and gloves, jackets and aprons, respiratory protection, and the abrasives and ancillaries that go with them. See our storage & care guide for keeping consumables and PPE in good order.

Consumer (non-business) orders: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods and standard outbound delivery; you cover the return postage. Trade and account orders: returnable at our discretion under our terms — return carriage is on you and the original delivery charge isn't refunded. Either way, unused resaleable items must be in their original packaging, and for safety and hygiene we can't accept used consumables, opened abrasives, gas cylinders or worn PPE. Faulty goods are always put right — repair, replacement or a full refund including delivery. Full detail on our returns page.

Shop prices are shown ex-VAT (excluding VAT) — standard for trade welding supplies. 20% UK VAT is added at checkout and shown on your total. Our VAT number is GB376221596 and a full VAT invoice comes with every order, so VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the VAT.

Yes. Fabricators, workshops and contractors can open a trade account for sharper pricing, volume breaks, priority same-day dispatch, a named contact and up to 30-day credit terms on approval.
